Become a Certified Dermaplaning Specialist.

A structured, seven-module certification built for working estheticians — theory you can study between clients, and practical training you earn.

Start Your Certification

Structured Curriculum

Seven modules covering everything from skin biology to running the business.

Earned, Not Assumed

An untimed, retakeable Final Certification Exam — pass because you know it, not because of a clock.

Certified, Not Just Enrolled

Passing your exam unlocks in-person Practical Training — the real, hands-on part of your certification.

What Certification Actually Means

Certification here isn't a participation trophy — it's earned in two stages. As you move through the seven modules, nine Quick Checks confirm you're absorbing the material as you go. Once you've completed the coursework, you sit for one Final Certification Exam — untimed, and retakeable as many times as you need. Passing it is what unlocks your in-person Practical Training, where you put the technique into practice under supervision. Your Practice Log and Face Diagram carry through both stages, so your documented practice is part of the record, not an afterthought.

Your Instructor

[Your name] has been practicing esthetics for [X years], with a focus on [your specialty or background]. [X] estheticians have gone through this certification. [One sentence on your philosophy or why you built this program.]

Your Certification Is Waiting On The Other Side Of The Work.

Seven modules. One exam you retake until you pass. Practical Training waiting on the other side.

Begin The Program

Who This Is For

  • Future estheticians who want a recognized dermaplaning specialty
  • Estheticians who want structured technique training, not just a weekend workshop
  • Anyone who wants certification that means something because it's earned, not handed out

Who This Isn't For

  • Anyone looking for a certificate without doing the coursework or passing the exam
  • Anyone not currently licensed to practice esthetics

The Seven Modules

  1. Skin Biology — the foundation every safe technique is built on
  2. Consultation — how to assess a client before you ever pick up a blade
  3. Contraindications — knowing when not to treat, and why that matters most
  4. Safety and Sanitation — the non-negotiables of a clean, safe practice
  5. Incident Response — what to do when something goes wrong
  6. Technique — including the 45-degree principle at the center of the procedure
  7. Business — running dermaplaning as a real, sustainable service
